Enter your login name: (your first and last name with no spaces and no capital letters)
Enter your password: (whatever password you gave us)

Enter the URL's into your favorites so that you can access them easily when you need them. After the Doctor has reviewed your lab results, you will receive a message in your email inbox. It will say: New message from your health care provider. (Please add this address to your contact list so that it does not go into your junk mail) It will be from: WEBVIEW@PRACTICEPARTNER.COM

The message will include the URL (above) for you to click on to get your message and your labs.
